What we need from you: the home completely empty of furniture and belongings. We remove up to two bags of trash free; beyond that a dumpster must be provided within a reasonable distance, and each extra bag carries a small charge.

What we need from you: a dumpster on site within a reasonable distance. We take the dust and fine debris — not large construction or demolition waste. No lumber, no drywall, and nothing over 25 lb on its own.

Commercial work is priced by the square foot, at a rate set by the kind of business you run — because a dental suite and a retail floor are not the same job at the same speed.
